Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be new, unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- Original tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Return Process
1. Initiate Your Return

Include:
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
Wait for return instructions before sending your package.
2. Prepare Your Return
- Securely pack items in original packaging
- Ensure items are free from stains, makeup, deodorant, or signs of wear
- Include all original accessories and documentation
3. Ship Your Return
- Send the package to the address provided by our support team
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- Keep your tracking number for reference
Refund Process
- Returns are typically processed within 5–7 business days after receipt
- Refunds are issued within 14–21 business days after inspection
- Refunds include the item price and applicable taxes
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless due to our error)
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
- Returns with gift receipts may receive store credit
A $10 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
Return Shipping Cost
- For returns due to personal reasons (e.g. wrong size, preference), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), boostbom will cover the return shipping cost

Special Circumstances
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- We are not responsible for return packages lost or stolen during transit
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges
- You may return the item and place a new order for a different size or color
Non-Returnable Items
- Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items after delivery
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Returns requested after the 30-day window
Reserved Rights
boostbom reserves the right to:
- Refuse or limit returns from customers with excessive return history
- Reject returns of worn, damaged, or incomplete items
- Deny service in cases of suspected fraud or abuse
- Discard non-boostbom items sent to our warehouse
