When and How to Change My Order Information

If you notice an error in your shipping information or purchase, please email support@boostbom.com within 24 hours. Check your order confirmation email to verify all details immediately after placing your order.


When Do I Get the Tracking Number?

All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Asia. Processing typically takes 2–5 business days, excluding holidays and sale seasons.

Once your order is ready for shipment, your tracking number will be sent to you via email. If you do not receive tracking confirmation within 5 business days of completing payment, please contact us.

Note: Orders with incomplete payment or incorrect address information may experience delays.


How to Track My Package

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number. Track your package via the USPS tracking system or directly here: 17TRACK.

United States 7–15 working days
Canada, Europe 5–12 working days

Formula: Estimated Delivery Date = Purchase Date + 2–5 business days (processing) + Estimated Shipping Time (above).

Tracking updates may take 2–7 days to reflect once the package enters USPS facilities in the US from China.


Risk-Free Shipping

If your order does not arrive within 60 days, we will issue a full refund for that item.

For missing orders, contact support@boostbom.com. We will investigate (typically 3–5 business days) and send a replacement if applicable.


Customs and Taxes

  • Prices on the website are tax-free USD.
  • You may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival.
  • Payment of these charges is the buyer’s responsibility.
  • We are not liable for delivery delays caused by customs.
  • For specific charges, contact your local customs office.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct.

  • Address changes may not be guaranteed due to shipping schedules.
  • Packages sent to an incorrect address due to buyer error are not refundable.

If an order reaches the destination country and:

  • The customer refuses delivery, or
  • Multiple delivery attempts fail,

we reserve the right to abandon the package and will not issue a refund.
